RAYMOND 鈥撀燭he 黑料网 Foundation recognized its 2018-19聽scholarship recipients, donors and honorees at a reception Oct. 30 at the Joseph L.聽Loviza Multipurpose Building on the Vicksburg-Warren Campus.
